Pan Application

PAN, or permanent account number, is a unique 10-digit alphanumeric identity allotted to each taxpayer by the Income Tax Department under the supervision of the Central Board of Direct Taxes. • It is mandatory to quote PAN on return of income, all correspondence with any income tax authority. • PAN is mandatory for financial transactions such as receiving taxable salary or professional fees, sale or purchase of assets above specified limits, buy mutual funds and more. The PAN number remains unaffected by change of address throughout India • PAN is also required to open new bank accounts in India. As per RBI guidelines, the entities making e-commerce transactions are required to provide PIN (Personal Identification Number) while executing an online transaction. Therefore, before making payment for online PAN/TAN applications using credit card / debit card / net banking, applicant is required to obtain PIN from Banks whose credit card/debit card/net banking is being used.

Udyog Aadhar

Udyog Aadhar is a government registration that is provided along with a recognition certificate and a unique number in order to certify small/medium businesses or enterprises.The central motive behind the launch of this facility was to offer a way to the government to provide the maximum benefits to medium or small-scale businesses or industries in India, who are registered via MSME through their Aadhar Card Number. The owner, director or proprietor of the entity will provide his/her 12-digit Aadhar Number, whether the enterprise or entity is a sole proprietor, an LLP, a Private limited company or anything else. It should have the recognition certificate provided via the MSME registration process.

Trade mark

A trademark is a visual symbol that can be a word, name, numbers, label, color combination, etc used by business to distinguish it services or products from other same goods or services which are made in different business. Trademarks in India are listed by the Controller General of Patents Designs and Trademarks, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. Trademarks are registered under the Trademark Act, 1999 and give the trademark owner the power to sue for losses when infringements of trademarks happen. Registered trademarks are intellectual property for business, they are used to safeguard the company’s investment in the brand or symbol. Trademarks are necessary to get registrable if it is unique for the products and services you give.

MSME Registration

Though the MSME registration is not statutory, it is beneficial for business at it provides a range of benefits such as eligibility for lower rates of interest, excise exemption scheme, tax subsidies, power tariff subsidies, capital investment subsidies and other support. TAN

TAN or Tax Deduction and Collection Number (TAN) is mandatory 10 digit alpha number required to be obtained by all persons who are responsible for Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) or Tax Collection at Source (TCS) on behalf of the Government. The person deducting the tax at source is required to deposit the tax deducted to the credit of Central Government - quoting the TAN number. Private Limited Company, LLP, businesses liable to tax audit, etc. must deduct tax at source while making certain payment like salary, payments to contractor or sub-contractors, payment of professional fees etc. On deducting tax at source, the entity registered for TAN will issue a TDS Certificate as proof of collection of tax.

FSSAI

The Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006 introduced to improve the hygiene and quality of food has brought about tremendous changes in the food industry. As per the Act, no person shall commence or carry on any food business except under a FSSAI license or FSSAI registration. Therefore, any food manufacturing or processing or packaging or distributing entity is now required to obtain a FSSAI License or Registration.

Digital Signature

A Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) establishes the identity of the sender while filing or sending documents electronically through the internet. Similar to how a handwritten signature establishes the identity and/or consent of the signee in a paper document, a digital signature certificate establishes the identity and/or of the signee in electronic documents. In India, all Government Departments accept digitally signed documents from CCA. Class 2 or Class 3 Digital signatures with a validity of 2 or 3 years can be purchased online from us through a completely online process. There is no requirement for submitting any documents through courier.
